| We have come up with a Grading System for Ocean View homes which is very accurate. We did this because too many agents are advertising homes having Ocean Views when in reality there aren’t any at all or they are from the 2nd story of the home while standing on your tip toes. If you see a home listed with a description of a Peek a Boo Ocean View, this is a polite way of saying there is a very limited (or usually no) Ocean View at all. Or, if you see a home advertised as having an Ocean View and there isn’t a picture of the view in the listing (dead give away) then the home doesn’t have one. Too much time is wasted trying to determine if a home truly has an Ocean View or not. |
